AirworthyBase

Flight Resource Planning for flight operations. Maintenance tracking, safety management, and crew scheduling in one system, behind one login — built inside a working survey flight operation because we needed it, not because we set out to sell software. AirworthyBase runs the Talos fleet every day.

What Is Flight Resource Planning?

Flight Resource Planning (FRP)
/ noun / — like ERP, but it smells like avgas

Big companies run their whole business through an ERP. Flight operations got left out — the tools that exist are either enterprise airline software priced like a mid-time engine, or a stack of spreadsheets held together by the one person who understands them.

AirworthyBase is FRP: the maintenance status, safety program, and crew schedule of a real flight operation, planned in one system and seen through one login. Built and flown daily by a working Part 91 aerial survey operator before it was ever offered to anyone else.

Every module was written to solve a problem we hit on our own flight line — a missed interval, a hazard report that died in an inbox, a crew schedule living on a whiteboard 2,000 miles from the airplane. Nothing in it is theoretical.

Three Instruments. One Scan.

Each module stands on its own. Together they cover the paperwork side of running airplanes — so the scan stays on the operation, not on five different logins.

HQ · Fleet

AirworthyHQ

Flight and maintenance tracking for the whole fleet — the module that keeps our aircraft legal, current, and on schedule.

  • Documents per aircraft, always current
SMS · Safety

AirworthySMS

A living safety management system aligned to ICAO Annex 19 and FAA Part 5 — sized for a working flight department, not an airline.

  • FAA Part 5–aligned safety reporting
  • ICAO 5×5 risk assessment & hazard register
  • Corrective actions with closure tracking
  • Training library with currency dates
Crew · Schedule

AirworthyCrew

Crew scheduling and duty visibility for small, dispersed flight departments running multiple projects at once.

  • Pilot & crew scheduling by mission
  • Duty and rest visibility
  • Availability and assignment at a glance
  • Built for small, dispersed flight departments

Take the Modules You Need. Leave the Ones You Don't.

One Sign-On for Everyone

A pilot logs in once and sees every module the operation runs. No more three passwords for three tools.

Your Own Instance

Every company's data lives in its own walled-off tenant. Nothing is shared, pooled, or compared.

Modules Switch On and Off

Run HQ and SMS today; add Crew when the schedule outgrows the whiteboard. Pay for what's turned on.

Room on the Panel

New modules get added as we solve new problems in our own operation — and they slot straight into your base.

Why it matters to our clients

When you commit your program to Talos, AirworthyBase is the reliability story behind the promise: aircraft status known at all times, maintenance planned around your acquisition windows instead of colliding with them, a formal auditable safety program aligned to FAA Part 5, and crews scheduled against real duty and rest — with a documented trail for every tail number and every flight hour on your project.
